6th Annual Vietnam War Seminar

The Virginia War Memorial is pleased to announce the 6th Annual Vietnam War Seminar for selected high school students in Central Virginia on Thursday, February 2, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The title of this year’s seminar is “Leadership Lessons From the Hanoi Hilton” with our special guests Ex-POW Orson Swindle and author, Taylor Kiland. Vietnam veterans will also be in attendance to share their real-life stories.
Please join us by selecting two deserving students and a teacher to participate in our Vietnam War Seminar. You may register online at www.vawarmemorial.org no later than January 20, 2012. We anticipate many schools will be attending, so early registration is recommended.

1:15 – 1:45 p.m. … Tour the Hart Exhibit Hall and the Shrine of Memory with the veterans
